Document the damage
Photos, measurements and notes from our inspection give your insurance company a clear picture of the storm damage.
INSURANCE CLAIM HELP · ARLINGTON, TX
Storm damage is stressful enough. Our specialists, certified in insurance claims and estimating, help you document the damage, understand your policy terms and work with your adjuster.
YOUR POLICY, EXPLAINED
Most homeowners file a roof claim only once or twice. We work with claims every week, so we can explain the process and make sure the damage on your roof is properly documented.
Photos, measurements and notes from our inspection give your insurance company a clear picture of the storm damage.
When your carrier schedules an inspection or reinspection, we can be on the roof with the adjuster.
We review the denial, inspect the property ourselves and gather evidence if we find damage.
We never offer to waive or rebate your deductible. It is illegal in Texas and a warning sign of a bad contractor.
Every policy is different, but most roof claims follow a similar path.
Your policy may pay replacement cost value (RCV) or actual cash value (ACV). ACV policies subtract depreciation for the age of your roof, and many RCV policies hold back recoverable depreciation until the work is complete. Your deductible is your share of the cost, and you are responsible for paying it. Ask us to walk through your scope of loss with you; we are happy to explain it line by line.
A denial is not always the final word. Our specialists will review the denial letter, perform our own property inspection and gather evidence if we find damage. We can help you through the appeal and meet with your adjuster if a reinspection is required.
Roofing is largely unregulated in Texas, so anyone can call themselves a roofer. Contractors who offer to waive deductibles usually cut costs elsewhere, on materials, insurance, permits or training, and may not be around when their work fails. Hiring an established local company protects your home and your claim.
